Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
Demonstration site. This website is a design demo built for Deleon Party Rentals, a party-rental business in Lynwood, CA. Inventory, pricing, packages, policies, phone, email, and hours shown on this site are placeholders — they are not real quotes or real terms. Your actual rental terms come from the business directly, not from this page.
What this site does
This site lets you browse rental gear and packages and request a quote. Submitting the quote form is a request for information — it is not a booking, a contract, or a hold on any equipment. A rental is only confirmed when the business confirms it with you directly.
Pricing on this site
Prices shown on the demo (per-item rates, package prices) are sample figures used to demonstrate the layout. They are not quotes. Final pricing, delivery fees, and taxes are confirmed by the business when you book.
Rental policies
Details like the deposit amount, payment methods, cancellation terms, weather policy, and pickup timing are samples on this demo. The business's real policies will be provided at booking and will be the ones that apply to your rental.
Using the site
- Use the quote form with accurate contact details so we can actually reach you.
- Don't submit the form on someone else's behalf without their permission.
- Don't misuse the site — no spam, no scraping, nothing that breaks it for everyone else.
Content
The text, icons, and design of this site belong to the business or its website builder. You're welcome to share a link to the site; please don't copy the content wholesale for your own site.
Limitation of liability
This is a demo. We do our best to keep it accurate, but the placeholder details are illustrative by design. Nothing on this page creates an obligation on either side until a real rental is agreed with the business.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
