How far in advance should I book?
Weekends book up fast, especially in spring and summer — two to four weeks ahead is ideal. Planning last-minute? Call us anyway; if we've got it, we'll make it happen.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. Delivery, setup, and pickup are included with tent and package orders inside our service area. Smaller orders can also be picked up from our Lynwood location.
What happens if it rains or gets windy?
We watch the forecast with you as your date gets close. Our tents are staked and weighted for normal conditions, and if weather forces a cancellation, your deposit becomes credit toward a new date.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — a 25% deposit reserves your date, with the balance due on delivery day. We accept cash, card, and Zelle.
When do you pick everything up?
Usually the next morning for evening events. Same-day pickup is available on request — just mention it when you book.
